Founded in 2025 in St. Petersburg, Florida, Transformation Church was created to help establish and support faithful house churches that transform people into disciples of Jesus who transform the world.

- To build a global network and family that trains, equips, and empowers believers to be ministry leaders that start, develop, and lead transformational house churches
We submit to the Bible as God’s Word in all matters of faith and life. We hold historic Protestant, evangelical, and theologically conservative beliefs, while seeking the faithful convergence of Word and Spirit.
We’re different! Our values define how and why we’re different as a church and what’s most important to us. Each house church has its own unique style and preferences, but our beliefs and values are what unite us in what really matters.
We have an uncommon but biblical ecclesiology and polity (beliefs about how churches should be organized and led). We have decentralized community, distributed leadership, diverse community, and common oversight and identity.
Transformation Church launched in 2025. Both it and a sister ministry called Empowered365 Network are owned and operated by MPowered Christian Ministries Inc, a Florida-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry.
How They Work Together
Transformation Church International is a family of house churches focused on transformational discipleship, biblical community, and simple church governance.
Empowered365 Network provides the online courses, Ministry Academy pathways, discipleship resources, and leadership training used by TC house churches and available to the wider Body of Christ.
MPowered Christian Ministries Inc. is the nonprofit ministry that supports both Transformation Church and Empowered365 Network as part of one shared mission to advance biblical Christianity worldwide.
TC is supported by a plurality of senior elders who provide doctrinal, pastoral, and organizational oversight for the wider family of house churches.
Brian S. Holmes
Founder & Lead Pastor
Brian is the founder and lead pastor of MPowered Christian Ministries and Empowered365 Network. He has a Bachelor of Divinity and a Bachelor of Christian Leadership with a concentration in Church Planting from Christian Leaders College. He’s a programs director, coach, teacher and author of 10+ courses and books. He also pastors a TC house church in Florida.
Charles E. Mason
Elder / Board Oversight
Charlie is a retired pastor ordained with the Assemblies of God. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Bible from Central Bible College. He was Lead Pastor at First Trinity Assembly of God in Newark, Ohio for 30 years and an Associate Pastor at Waters Edge Assembly of God in Newark, Ohio for 6 years. He is also an active elder at a TC house church in Florida.
Dan Riemenschneider
Elder / Board Oversight
Dan retired as Director for Strengthening Local Churches for Missionary Church, Inc. (14 years), & Director for Healthy Church Initiative (5 years). He was Lead Pastor for 4 years at Aldersgate Free Methodist Church. He’s planted 4 churches. He has a Masters of Christian Education from Asbury Theological Seminary and a PhD in Family Ecology from Michigan State.
Sean M. Healey
Elder / Board Oversight
Sean was a Youth Pastor, Executive Pastor, and Street Ministry Leader for 10 years at Victory Church in Lehigh Acres, FL. He’s a contributing author in United Men of Honor: Overcoming Adversity Through Faith. He’s preached in India, Mexico, and throughout the US. He has a Bachelor of Christian Counseling from Liberty University.
Dan W. Grigg
Elder / Board Oversight
Dan retired as a teacher of 14 years (ESL, History, Government) and Children’s Pastor teaching the Bible 7 years. He has two Masters in Communication. He’s the former Pastor of Ignited Christian Church (a home church). He and his wife Molly also lead a Deeper Still chapter providing post-abortion discipleship, deliverance, and inner-healing ministry.
