We submit to the Bible as God’s Word in all things related to faith and life. We hold Protestant beliefs, identifying as theologically and morally conservative Evangelicals. We also strive for the convergence of Word and Spirit.
We’re different! Our values define how and why we’re different as a church and what’s most important to us. Each house church has it’s own unique style and preferences, but our beliefs and values are what unite us in what really matters.
We have an uncommon but biblical ecclesiology and polity (beliefs about how churches should be organized and led). We have decentralized community, distributed leadership, diverse community, and common oversight and identity.
Brian S. Holmes
Brian is the founder and lead pastor of Transformation Church, MPowered Christian Ministries, and the Empowered365 Network. He has a Bachelor of Divinity and a Bachelor of Christian Leadership with a concentration in Church Planting from Christian Leaders College. He's a coach and counselor, and a teacher and author of dozens of courses and books.
Charles E. Mason
Charlie is a retired pastor ordained with the Assemblies of God. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Bible from Central Bible College. He was a Lead Pastor at First Trinity Assembly of God in Newark, Ohio for 30 years and an Associate Pastor at Waters Edge Assembly of God in Newark, Ohio for 6 years. He is also on the board of elders at MPowered Christian Ministries.
Dan Riemenschneider
Dan retired as Director for Strengthening Local Churches for Missionary Church, Inc. (14 years), & Director for Healthy Church Initiative (5 years). He was Lead Pastor for 4 years at Aldersgate Free Methodist Church in Indianapolis, IN. He's planted 4 churches. He has a Masters of Christian Education from Asbury Theological Seminary and a PhD in Family Ecology from Michigan State.
Sean M. Healey
Sean is an Evangelist and Entrepreneur. He was Youth Pastor, Executive Pastor, and Street Ministry Leader for 10 years at Victory Church in Lehigh Acres, FL. He's founder of Sean Healey Ministries where he boldly proclaims the truth about Jesus. He's preached in India, Mexico, and throughout the US. He has a Bachelor of Christian Counseling from Liberty University.
Daniel W. Grigg
Dan retired as teacher of 14 years (ESL, History, Government) and Children's Church Pastor teaching the Bible 7 years. He has two Masters in Communication. He's the former Pastor of Ignited Christian Church (a home church). He and his wife Molly lead a Deeper Still chapter providing post-abortion ministry. The past 10 years his focus is healing and deliverance.
Transformation Church International was founded in 2025 in St. Petersburg, FL, USA, with the aim of restoring a simple biblical governance and a global family of house churches that will multiply and reproduce empowered disciples that live out their calling.
